TIME CHART OF CHARTER CAPITAL INCREASE FROM EQUITIZATION OF GEMADEPT

* During the year, the Company increased its charter capital from VND 2,969,249,570,000 to VND 3,013,779,570,000 by issuing shares under the ESPP program for employees in accordance with Board Resolution No. 111/NQ-HDQT-2020 dated December 8, 2020 and received the 25^th Change of Business Identity Certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on January 28, 2021.
